Adele is breaking records left and right with her latest album "21", which is now 4 times Platinum. Unfortunately, the cigarette smoking songstress has been suffering from a vocal chord hemorrhage for the past year. Her throat setbacks have been the cause behind the cancellation of two U.S. tours and various other shows. It seems as though her vocal chords maybe in a condition that may require surgery.
Rolling Stone Reports:
The condition she's suffering from, a vocal hemorrhage, generally doesn't require the extensive break Adele is taking, according to several top throat surgeons. But because Adele has suffered repeat injuries, she could need the kind of throat surgery Aerosmith's Steven Tyler underwent in 2006. He was singing again within five months.
